My Multichannel AV Receiver

This is a very basic model of Home Theatre from Onkyo. I purchased this in the year 2009 from an ezone outlet in Kandivali Mall. The package consists of an AV Receiver along with a Passive Sub woofer and five two way speakers. The receiver can decode DTS signals also. The set up is extremely good for Multichannel Sound Production. The package came with a free Phillips DVD Player, which did not last for one year also. However the Home Theatre is giving good service till date. The advertisement boast a massive power of 700 watts however it can only output only 300 watts of continuous power. It has got multi room set up but it is mere a gimmick as it shuts off the surround channels in the main set up and gives power to auxiliary speakers.

But I like the set up very much. Now it is connected to a Sony Blue Ray Player by a digital co axial cable. The set up gives very good results in Multichannel formats. the movies and music videos are really enjoyable.
