JBL T250 SI On-ear Headphones Review

I bought this headphone from Flipkart for Rs.800/- The product is new and well packed. On the flipside it carries a label which says the phones are manufactured by Harmon/Kardon in China and imported by M/s Sahil International in India. M/s Sahil International are official distributor of Harmon/Kardon in India. The label also carries a price tag of Rs.2499/- with manufacturing month as Nov-2014. Dont know how flipkart got hold of these and how it is possible for them to sell at such a low cost. Anyways as long as we are the beneficiaries we shall not think much about that.
Specifications.
The impedance is 32Ohms, 20-20Khz Frequency Range, Rest others are not that important.
Fit
The phones have an adjustable band which can slide to fit most of the persons. In addition the cups also have a swivel joint so it is easy to store. Not much of a stress is experienced while using the phones for moderate hours. However if you use it for more than one hour then it starts giving pains to the folds of the ear. But in all it gives absolutely no pain to the ear canal. The build and wiring is rock solid and with a minimum care the phones shall last for at least two years.
Looks
The design is aesthetic and ergonomic. I liked it very much. It is not very far from a traditional design but still has got decent looks and is a head turner when you travel it wearing those in a local train.
Sound
I have used many headphones from Skull Candy to Sony and from Panasonic to aJays. But I did not came across such a marvellous product in this price range. The sound is crisp and clear. The bass is loud enough and the treble is in check. The only flip side is that it has got impedance of 32 Ohms which means you will require more power to drive these than the normal 16 Ohms phones. Any track you hear on these is such a delight that I have started hearing my music collection all over again.
Conclusion
I would strongly recommend this to everyone who has fed up with the normal earphones. This is truly a first step towards hi fidelity sound. Enjoy !
